BOOKING AN ARTIST
1. Requests for bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Requests are accepted via fax, mail or online. See below for more information.

You will be contacted within 5 business days of receipt of your request to determine a date and time.
PAYMENT
1. Prices are based on same day, same location bookings.
2. Schools in zones 2, 3 and 4 will be charged additional transportation fees.
3. An invoice will be sent to you after your booking date has been determined.
4. Payment or PO* must be received prior to presentation/workshop.
*PAYMENT is to be submitted to the artist the day of the workshop or performance.
5. The teacher requesting the booking will be the contact person and will be responsible for assuring
that payment is made.
6. The artist will call the contact person one to two weeks prior to the event date. If the artist does not call,
please contact the Artists on the Road Coordinator at (727) 712-2743.
7. We require that all host organizations maintain a minimum of one adult per 30 children in the workshop or
performance area.
